Description

An Irish whiskey distillery situated on the banks of the River Moy in Ballina, County Mayo. It is housed within the walls of a former bakery and was established in 2016 by David Stapleton and master distiller, Robert Cassell. In addition to single malt whiskey, it also produces vodka and gin. This small batch, double distilled single malt is made from 100% malted Irish barley, aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Jerez casks.
