Description

Copperworks Distilling Co. is an American Single Malt distillery located on the waterfront in downtown Seattle. The founders came to distilling from craft brewing, and use a variety of recipes of different malted barley varietals to make their excellent whiskey. Cask Type: New American Oak 50% ABV / 75cl Bottle Number: 0867 / 2033. This Release 046 was made using Genie barley sourced from a single farm in Oregon and is a blend of eight casks, with six from the 2018 barley harvest matured for three years, and two from the 2017 harvest matured for three years and seven months. It is also a Salmon-Safe certified whiskey.
