Distilled in 2015 at the Cotswolds distillery and bottled on the 25th of August 2020 from a single cask, which had been used to mature Pedro Ximenez sherry in a Spanish Bodega. Bottled for Southport Whisky Club members only. Bottled without chill-filtration or colouring and at natural cask strength.
