Description

The Cotswolds Founder's Choice Single Malt Whisky is a cask strength release from the Cotswolds Distillery. It is aged in a medley of founder Dan Szor's favourite casks: Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred (STR) American oak red wine barriques, a process created by the late Dr. Jim Swan. This expression is made with 100% locally-grown, floor-malted barley and is non-chill filtered. It is released in small batches, with 2500 bottles produced in this particular batch.
