From the Cotswolds Distillery's Cask Expressions Collection, this impressive single malt is a marriage of carefully selected and blended sherry casks. It's drawn from a combination of American hogsheads and Spanish butts, some of which have been used to age Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries. This no-age-statement whisky is bottled at natural cask strength of 57.4% ABV, non chill-filtered and of natural colour. It is a small batch release of 9,900 bottles, distilled from 100% locally-grown barley.
