Nose
An intense honeyed sweetness with a hint of lamp oil, blending seamlessly with malt, grain, salted caramel, and lime zest. Notes of beeswax, light breakfast honey, almond milk, soft vanilla cake, and waxed paper are present, alongside chamomile tea, creamy maltiness, subtle guava, pollen, vegetal oil, and lime peelings. The nose also reveals ripe stone fruits like peaches, nectarines, and mirabelles, with a touch of lemon, Greek yoghurt, and gentle floral notes.
Palate
A multifaceted taste experience starting with a mineral note, followed by old wood and waxy malt. A fresh and floral note emerges, alongside a lovely beehive character with oozing waxy notes, paraffin, and acacia honey. Cake-like sweetness, hints of pastel de nata, resins, yellow jam, dried wildflowers, creamy chalk, and mango yoghurt are also detected. The stone fruits reappear, complemented by soft herbal notes, pollen, coconut, honey wafers, aniseed, and light chocolate whispers.
Finish
Long, with light resinous notes, syrupy sweetness, natural corn flakes, pollen, and mild oak spice. The waxy and balmy texture is perfect, with gentle oak spices, dry tannins, beeswax, and sweet cereals.
