Nose
right at the beginning clearly dry peat smoke and spicy herbs, then rich aromas of ripe barley and barley malt develop - the peat smoke and the seasoning hovers over everything
Palate
full and mouth-filling - almost velvety - the peat smoke is present again, the spice is also retained, reminiscent of heather and damp forest soil, with notes of old leather
Finish
medium-long finish with a light sweetness - peat, leather and herbs are present again.
