Part of Tomatin distillery's peated range, this particular expression has been creatively matured in Pineau des Charentes Rouge and new oak casks, resulting in lots of sweet and sour notes - rhubarb and custard, sweet oak, and layers of heather smoke. This is the seventh release in the acclaimed Creation Series, showcasing an experimental and flavour-driven approach. Bottled at 46%, non chill-filtered and presented at natural colour, Creation #7 continues the series' reputation for crafting innovative and unconventional whisky with refined balance and character.
