Nose
Elegant red and citrus fruit, very elegant sherry, some waxy accents, light mineral background, hints of tropical fruit, and notes of a warehouse. Sweet sherry, new leather, oak, marshmallow, old rope, straw, and dark berry marmalade. Floral with vanilla and a hint of citrus, sultanas, luscious dried fruit, creamy vanilla, sweet caramel, hazelnuts, and freshly roasted coffee beans.
Palate
Lightly peppery and mouth-filling, with deep elegant layers of citrus fruit and waxed leather. Peppery and slightly creamy, with well-balanced sherry, red fruit, and hints of white pepper. Velvety soft with beautiful fruit, full-bodied with raisins and sultanas, warm apple pie, sweet pralines, toffee, and a hint of cinnamon.
Finish
Long and always evolving, with more tropical accents and elegant sherry lingering. Sherry comes more forward but remains elegant and balanced. Fruit tones recede but remain present, with crispy nuts and refined caramel lingering for a long time.
