Description

An official single cask bottling from Daftmill farm distillery in the Kingdom of Fife, distilled in December 2007 from Optic barley grown on the farm and harvested in August 2006. Matured in a first-fill ex-Heaven Hill bourbon barrel (cask 043/2007) and bottled at natural cask strength of 57.1% ABV in 2020 exclusively for Abbey Whisky in an outturn of 207 bottles.
