Daftmill Single Cask 13 Year Old, First Fill Bourbon Cask, Cask #190/273, 2021, 56.6%

A farm distillery owned and run by the Cuthbert family. It is only operational during the farm's quiet periods in mid-summer and mid-winter, sometimes producing as few as 100 casks per year. It has been operational since 2005, releasing its first whisky in 2018. The barley variety Optic was grown in their South fields and harvested in the last week of August 2006, then stored on the farm to be malted in Alloa during the summer of 2007.
