Description

Daftmill is a farm distillery in the Lowlands of Scotland, known for its limited production and use of homegrown barley. This particular release is a 2007 vintage, single cask bottling (#37) exclusively for the Japanese market. It was distilled in 2007, matured for 12 years in a first-fill Heaven Hill bourbon barrel, and bottled in 2020 at a cask strength of 60.1% ABV. Only 226 bottles were produced.
