Description

Daftmill Farmhouse, a farm distillery owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, was granted a license in 2003 with its first distillation in December 2005. Production of this light Lowland whisky occurs during the farm's quiet periods in summer and winter, using barley grown on Daftmill Farm. This 2010 Summer Batch Release is a vatting of twenty-five first-fill bourbon barrels, distilled in July 2010 and bottled in 2021. It is a limited edition of 6250 bottles.
