Honey, ripe apples, pears, and fresh mown grass.
Palate
Pleasingly balanced with spicy oak and fruity distillate notes, caramelised brown sugar, cocktail bitters, praline, and banana. Full-bodied and creamy with vanilla, almond paste, and tropical fruits like mango. Fresh and citric with apple cider, orchard fruits, ginger, salt, malty notes, and light spices like nutmeg.
Finish
Wood spice dominant with waves of cinnamon, nutmeg, and dried ginger. Medium-long and creamy with vanilla, orchard fruits, simple syrup, and a twist of citrus. Big, nutty, and fruity with a long, decadent, and creamy finish, hinting at dry white wine.
