Description

Daftmill 2011 Winter Batch Release is a 12-year-old Lowland single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in December 2011 and bottled in 2024. Produced by Daftmill, a family-owned farm distillery in Fife, Scotland, it uses Publican barley grown on their own 43-acre field. The whisky was matured in 27 first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 46% ABV. This limited release of 7,000 bottles is known for its light, fruity, and elegant character, reflecting Daftmill's seasonal production during the farm's quiet periods. It is non-chill filtered and has natural color.
