Description
A malt distillery in Speyside that predominantly provides fillings for the blended Scotch brands in the Diageo portfolio. As such, the only permanent official bottling is the 16-year-old from the Flora & Fauna collection and its single malt is more often found bottled independently. An Italian importer and independent bottler, founded in 1987 when Fabio and Walter Rossi acquired their father's c. This single malt hails from the Dailuaine distillery, and was independently bottled by Wilson & Morgan. Distilled in 1997, the whisky matured for an impressive 25 years, including almost eight years finishing in a pair of second-fill oloroso sherry butts. A total of 489 bottles have been released.
