Nose
Creamy vanilla, honey, and plum jam on buttered granary toast. Aromas of vanilla, honey, yellow plums and buttery toast fill the nose, complemented by notes of cinnamon, pepper, liquorice, melon and toffee throughout the palate. Strawberries and soft citrus notes. Honey and vanilla.
Palate
A good amount of spice kicks in with cinnamon, pepper and liquorice, balanced by sweet melon and toffee raisins. Medium body. Rowan berries and bitter oranges. Cough syrup, honey and raspberry jam.
Finish
A touch of nutty oak on the finish, subtle fresh menthol, and clove with sweet berry compote. Medium long. Assorted fruits and berries and a sprinkling of spices.
