As such, the only permanent official bottling is the 16-year-old from the Flora & Fauna collection and its single malt is more often found bottled independently. A wonderfully aromatic nose, full of sweet vanilla, custard creams, vanilla pods, lemon meringue pie, lemon curd and lemon bonbons.
Palate
Juicy, buttery, tart and fruity.

A drop of water brings out more lemon bonbons but also liquorice, perfume and toasted wood.
