Aromas of honey, orchard fruit, and malted barley, with notes of straw bale, cocoa, heather honey, pineapple, freshly-cut grass, lemon zest, vanilla, and malty grain, including pears, apples, and tropical fruits like pineapple and mango.
Palate
Buttery, malty palate with vanilla, spice, and oak. Features dry oaky spice (pepper and cinnamon), heather/violet floral notes, and a rich, smooth texture with barley sweetness, tannic oak, and fruit development including zesty lemon, mandarin, and honeyed oats.
Finish
Long, smooth, and delicately sweet with hints of dried fruit, white pepper, chili spice, soothing vanillin notes, and a refreshing, silken ease of sugared barley and malt.
