Description

The Dalmore Aged 17 Years is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, a new addition to the core Principal Collection. It is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in a trio of rare sherry casks: Amoroso, Apostoles, and Matusalem Oloroso, sourced from González Byass. This expression showcases the distillery's expertise in sherry cask maturation, offering a rich and decadent character with notes of chocolate, orange, and gentle spice.
