- Nose
- The alcohol is a bit pungent, austere and elegant. Very herbaceous (peppermint, eucalyptus) with sweet bourbon notes of pear and tropical fruit (pineapple and some banana). Also chopped wood, almond oil and wood polish.
- Palate
- Extreme consistency with the nose, straight. Dried fruit (walnut, almond) alternating with porridge-like malt. Tropical suggestions of pineapple and slight mentholated excursions.
- Finish
- Bitter almonds, herbaceous and very clean. Not very long.
