- Malty at first, though soon enough you'll find big ol' bushels of fresh orchard fruits and a sprig of spearmint. Icing sugar and barley water followed by quite a lot of charred wood notes.
- Palate
- Sharp green apples, spiced rum and a splash of Oloroso. Lemon and lime cordial dominate followed by more icing sugar and some earthy herbs.
- Finish
- Crunchy brown sugar and black pepper. Citric fruit rind gives a bitter finish and toasted casks to round it off.
