Toasted pistachios, ginger syrup, moist fig cake and Seville oranges, tempered by vanilla, bitter chocolate, pecan pie and liquorice.
Finish
Muscatel, nutty toffee, Demerara sugar and caramelised pineapple provide the perfect aftertaste.
