Description

The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select is a Highland single malt whisky, part of Dalmore's Principal Collection. It is initially matured for 10 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for 2-3 years in a bespoke blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks sourced from three Andalucian cooperages (Tevasa, Vasyma, Paez). This expression is described as an elegant evolution of the distillery's house style, offering a richer and deeper profile than the classic 12 Year Old.
