- Burning alcoholic note with a spicy wave of pepper and ginger. Cooked apple, pears, berries, licorice root, bergamot, salted caramel, and wood. Good oiliness, direct and sharp, with tobacco and an illusion of smoke. Also, strawberries, dark marmalade, exotic bright fruits like honeydew melon and papaya, with very subtle wood notes despite Octave maturation.
- Finish
- Long and savory, with ginger, pears, dried fruit, licorice root, wood, and a puff of smoke. Sherry notes linger, mixing with caramel and crème brûlée after some time. Finally, milk chocolate and subtle wood notes.
