Description

The Uncharted Whisky company is an independent whisky bottler with a passion for single malts from off the beaten path. Operated exclusively by Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos from Fintry, Scotland. This Lowland Blended Malt, known as 'Dalrymple' in the independent whisky world, was distilled in 2012 and matured for 11 years in a single 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt before being bottled in 2023 at 55% ABV. It is part of their 'Come As You Are' release, with a total outturn of 687 bottles.
