Aromatic, clean and fresh, with heather honey, fruit salad, lush nectarine, custard, apple blossom, honeysuckle, pears, and a touch of toffee. Hints of citrus and a very gentle whiff of smoke or peat.
Palate
Smooth, malty, with walnuts steeped in manuka honey, vanilla sponge, and heather-honey sweetness. Flavors of apples, pineapple, banana, citrus fruits, and malted bread. Gentle smoke weaves through with a touch of spice.
Finish
Long, lingering, and surprisingly intense. Starts sweetly with honey and vanilla, then gives way to smoke, peat, malt, walnut, almond, and a touch of spice.
