Description

The inaugural release in the experimental Daniel Weller line from Buffalo Trace Distillery, exploring different ancient and heirloom wheat varieties in wheated bourbon mash bills. This edition uses ancient Egyptian Emmer wheat as the secondary grain, distilled using the experimental E.H. Taylor, Jr. Microstill and aged for nearly 12 years before bottling at 94 proof (47% ABV).
