Description

This 13-year-old Deanston 2012 is a bold and richly flavoured Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled by Alistair Walker Whisky Co. for the Infrequent Flyers series. Distilled in 2012 and matured in a single Pedro Ximénez puncheon (cask #805629), this limited release of 348 bottles was bottled at a natural 57.9% ABV without chill-filtration. Deanston's waxy, honeyed spirit pairs beautifully with the deep sweetness of Pedro Ximénez sherry wood, creating a whisky packed with layers of dark fruit, treacle, and warming spice.
