Description

Deanston Distillery, originally a cotton mill in 1785, began producing single malt whisky in 1967. This 15 Year Old Organic expression is a testament to the distillery's commitment to sustainable practices and exceptional quality, using organically produced ingredients. The entire production process, from organically grown barley sourced from local farmers to the maturation casks, is certified by the Organic Food Federation. It is matured for a minimum of 15 years in a combination of American and European oak casks. Bottled at 46.3% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and has natural color.
