Deanston started life as a cotton mill in 1785 and was converted into a distillery in 1967. [cite: Scotch Whisky Auctions] This Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is matured for 15 years, including a finishing period in Marsala wine casks. It is unpeated, non-chill filtered, and has no added color. This release is a limited edition and was a distillery exclusive.
