Nose – Bright and weighty distillate character, marshmallow and nougat. Demerara sugar and col fondo prosecco. Palate – Cookie dough, more nougat and biscuity shortbread notes, then leaning into subtle notes of jalapeño with nettles and green peppers, lime tree leaves. Finish – A delicate lingering spice. The thickness of the spirit makes the finish last a good while.
