Description

Deanston Virgin Oak is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, part of Deanston's core range. It is initially matured in ex-bourbon casks and then finished for 9-12 months in new American virgin oak barrels from Kelvin Cooperage in Kentucky. This non-age-statement whisky is bottled at 46.3% ABV, is non-chill filtered, and has no added coloring, retaining its natural amber gold hue. It is known for its sweet, zingy, and waxy character, with notes of honey, vanilla, caramel, and warm spices.
