Description

A brand of independently bottled whiskies from Decadent Drinks Ltd. Introduced in 2024, the collection is not serialised like its other bottlings and its labels eschew an overarching theme in order to explore new ones for each release. Decadent Drinks Ltd is a Perth-based independent bottler that was established in 2019 by Angus MacRaild. Its initial series of bottlings were based on Angus's Whisky Sponge blog and its portfolio has since grown to include brands such as Whiskyland and Decadent Drams. This particular release is a single butt of 2001 blended malt, aged for 23 years and bottled at a natural cask strength of 45.1%. It was finished for one year in an ex-Ardbeg refill butt.
