Description

Defiant American Single Malt Whisky is produced by Blue Ridge Distillers of Golden Valley, North Carolina. It uses four ingredients: two-row premium malted brewer's barley, yeast, water from an aquifer under the distillery, and American white oak. The distillery employs a proprietary aging process using cuts of hand-selected premium American white oak, toasted to perfection, instead of traditional barrels, resulting in a smooth, aromatic spirit.
