Description

Dewar's 12 Year Aged Scotch Whisky, also known as 'The Ancestor', is a blended Scotch whisky that undergoes a 'double-aged' process. This involves returning the blend to vintage oak casks for an additional six months after initial maturation and blending, a process pioneered by A.J. Cameron. This method contributes to an exceptionally smooth and complex whisky. It is a blend of single malt and single grain whiskies, with a significant portion of the grain originating from the Aberfeldy distillery.
