Intense cinnamon and nutmeg spiciness, orchard fruit, lemon, orange, liquorice, hints of smoke. Aniseed, caramel, creamy mouthfeel, allspice, clove. Spiced nuts, dried fruits, hint of smoked meats, waxy texture. Apples, golden raisins, bitter herbs, zesty citrus, ginger, peatiness, earthy wood spices, walnuts, paraffin, pepper. Finish
Damp leaves and spice fading to chocolate milk. Spicy and nutty with a hint of smoke. Medium to long, dry spices, lemon zest, liquorice, nuts. Warm pastries, slightly burnt custard.
