A single cask high-ester Demerara rum distilled in 2014 on the John Dore double retort pot still at Diamond distillery in Guyana, matured in refill bourbon cask #5 and bottled in April 2025 by The Whisky Jury as Catch 3 in The Ester Hunter series at 53.6% ABV with an outturn of 280 bottles.
