Fine, racy. Aromas of barley being malted, toast and toasted nuts, evolving to spicy notes (cloves, pepper) and pastry (gingerbread, porridge), with exotic fruits (bananas, pineapples) and heather honey.
Palate
Clean, lively. Notes of chocolate with hazelnuts, peanuts and nutmeg, evolving into autumnal tones (chestnut) and balsamic flavors (cough candy, thuja) alongside powdered spices (curry, turmeric, ginger). Freshly herbaceous and saline aftertaste.
Finish
Long, delicious. Pastry notes (Paris-Brest, chocolate éclairs, hazelnut cake), exotic fruits, dried fruits (date, fig), verdant (cut hay), vinous (Savagnin), with tangy (lemon, grapefruit) and vanilla liquor.
