Description
A small malt distillery in Scotland with a focus on traditional whisky making practices. It was established in 2016 by brothers, Simon and Phil Thompson, and produces both single malt whisky and gin. The brand name used by the Dornoch Distillery Company to bottle its own single malt whiskies, as well as a range of independent bottlings of whisky and brandy from other distillers. This particular release is a 5-year-old single malt, distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2024 from Cask No. 144, a 'short' Refill Bourbon (100L) cask, with an outturn of 169 bottles.
