Nose
Almond and acetone notes, funky and rum-like with overripe apples and pineapples, agave syrup, aloe, toasted malt and proving dough.
Palate
Big and oily, notes of grass, linseed oil, spruce and sage, mineral side with chalk, plaster of Paris, putty, boot polish, hint of industrial smokiness, salt and vinegar crisps and vanilla ice cream.
Finish
Mostly on dark coffee and chocolate notes, very woody, smooth and sophisticated with water.
