Description

This Dufftown 15 Year Old is a rich and full-bodied Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, bottled by Alistair Walker Whisky Co. for the Infrequent Flyers series. Distilled in 2010 and matured in a single Pedro Ximénez puncheon (#806200), this release was bottled at 55.7% ABV, producing just 290 bottles. The Pedro Ximénez sherry cask maturation delivers layers of dark fruits, treacle, and chocolate, creating a bold and satisfying dram with classic Speyside richness enhanced by luxurious sherry influence. It was finished for around 5 years in the Pedro Ximénez puncheon, adding depth and richness to the overall profile.
