Description

Eden Mill The Guard Bridge is a masterful blend of aged single malts, including Eden Mill St Andrews single malt, carefully selected and married by Head Distiller Scott Ferguson. It combines sweet, grassy, and floral Lowland characteristics with robust, spicy, and fruity Highland flavors. Aged in Bourbon, New American Oak, and Oloroso Sherry casks, and then married in ex-Eden Mill Single Malt Casks, this whisky is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and with natural color. The name is inspired by the historic 15th-century Guard Bridge that connected St Andrews with its old trading port of Guardbridge.
