Jakob Gasser, winemaker of St. Michael Eppan, expresses his mastery with the South Tyrolean wines. Andrew Symington, owner of the Edradour Distillery, used these casks to bring intense and complex notes, characterized by exquisite minerality, finest fruit, and long-lasting aging properties, to this Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
