Description

Based in the Netherlands, The Ultimate Whisky Company was created in 1994 when Han and Maurice van Wees started to select casks of single malt for bottling with a commitment to natural colour and non-chill filtering. The Ultimate strive to bottle an "honest and old fashioned quality single cask, single malt". This Edradour 2011 9 Year Old is an excellent, heavily sherried single cask from The Ultimate Whisky Company, aged for nine years in a First Fill Sherry Butt.
