Nose
Refined, rich. Notes of dried fruits (walnut, hazelnut), toffee, and some spices (cinnamon, clove) form a very coherent initial scent. Upon aeration, malted barley and chocolate chips rise to the surface of an aromatic palette refreshed by mint leaves.
Palate
Generous, concentrated. Finely licorice-infused, the mouthfeel is particularly fruity (apricot, mango, orange). Then, this tangy sequence gives way to infused notes (thyme, tea) and gently chocolaty tones.
Finish
Long, smooth. Powdery (rice, cocoa), the finish shines with its silky and indulgent texture. The aftertaste then takes on tertiary tones (mushroom, chestnut). Towards the end of the palate, spices (cardamom, saffron) punctuate the tasting experience with nobility.
