Description

A luxurious Highland single malt that gracefully marries Edradour's creamy, malty base with the bold elegance of Italian Cabernet Sauvignon. Distilled in 2012 and matured fully for 13 years in first-fill Cabernet Sauvignon hogsheads from the renowned St. Michael-Eppan winery, it was bottled in June 2025. This limited release, drawn from casks #703, 704, and 706, showcases the unique influence of full-term red wine cask maturation. Just 1,093 bottles have been produced, and it is presented un-chillfiltered at 48.2% ABV. [7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14]
