Description

Peat is the first ongoing release from the Elements of Islay series by Elixir Distillers. It is a blended malt composed of around 60 casks from various distilleries across Islay, combining the heavy, smoky character of the south with the fresher, medicinal notes of the north. Bottled at a robust 59.3% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and presented at its natural color.
