Description

A Kentucky-based distiller established in 1935 and owner of a huge portfolio of American whiskey brands as well as other spirits. Among these are names like Old Fitzgerland, Elijah Craig and Rittenhouse, which it produces at its Bernheim distillery in Louisville. Elijah Craig is a premium and super-premium brand of bourbon whiskey produced by Heaven Hill Distilleries, named after Reverend Elijah Craig, who is credited with being the first distiller to age his whiskey in charred oak barrels. This 12-year-old Small Batch expression was a popular favorite before its age statement was removed in 2016.
