Nose
A light smoke rises to the nose, accompanied by a delicate bacon note. Behind this, sweet impressions of roasted almonds and caramel emerge. Subtle fruit aromas of apricots and raisins round out the picture - a balanced interplay of smoke, sweetness, and fruit.
Palate
On the palate, initially mild and balanced. The smoke remains subtly in the background, while caramel and roasted almonds dominate. These are complemented by fruity hints of dried apricots and raisins. The texture is full but not heavy, with a clear structure and pleasant sweetness.
Finish
The finish is long-lasting and spicy. Herbs and smoke linger after drinking.
